The Suspect In The Murder Of Semyon Skrepetsky Has Been Charged

The prosecutor of the Lublin Organized Crime Division of the State Prosecutor’s Office has charged Elnur A., a Georgian citizen, with the murder of a citizen of the Russian Federation in Biała Podlaska. The Polish State Prosecutor’s Office reported this on the X platform.
“Elnur A., who was questioned as a suspect, did not admit guilt for the act he is accused of and refused to testify,” — according to a statement by the prosecutor’s office on the X social network.
The prosecutor’s office filed a motion with the court to place Elnur A. under temporary detention for three months.
As a reminder, on June 15 at around 10:00 a.m. in Biała Podlaska, in a parking lot near the intersection of Terebelska and Królowej Jadwigi Streets, a 44-year-old Russian citizen a 44-year-old Russian citizen residing in that city was killed. He was identified as Semen Skrepetsky, an anti-Putin cartoonist, bard, performance artist, and blogger (real name: Robert Kuzovkov).
