'Russians To Be Forced Out Of Crimea By System Used By Zaluzhny'
BORYSLAV BEREZA

The situation on the Black Sea has changed.

Ukrainian intelligence has confirmed that the large landing ship Minsk and the submarine Rostov-on-Don were hit in strikes against Russian targets and infrastructure in Sevastopol on the night of 13 September.

Charter97.org asked Ukrainian politician and former Verkhovna Rada deputy Boryslav Bereza to comment on these strikes:

- I can only say one thing: they burned.

- It is noteworthy that the attack on Sevastopol happened after Britain reported an attack by the Russians on a merchant ship in the waters of the Black Sea. Is there an element of warning to the Russians in the attack on Sevastopol?

- Absolutely not, it is a systematic destruction of all elements of the Black Sea Fleet of Russia, which must be destroyed before the AFU can take Crimea. The Black Sea Fleet prevents this, and its destruction brings the liberation of Crimea and the defeat of Russia closer.

If you look at the strategy, this is the system. The destruction of naval vessels, attacks on repair docks, destruction of infrastructure, radio relay stations, warehouses with fuel and lubricants (ed.) and shells, attacks on airfields. In fact, the Russian Federation will become helpless, weakened in the defence of the peninsula, and then the Crimean bridge will be destroyed. Then there will be attacks on Russian facilities in Crimea and, as in the case of Kherson, the Russians will be forced to leave Crimea. They will be pushed out by a system that Zaluzhny successfully used to liberate Kherson.

The fact is that attacks on a submarine and attacks on a large landing craft are all part of Zaluzhny's tactics to liberate Crimea. So no surprise, no warning. The enemy was warned that if it stayed on the territory it had temporarily occupied, it would be destroyed. The enemy did not understand and was destroyed.

- Can we say that the situation in the Black Sea has already changed?

- The situation changed immediately after the sinking of the cruiser Moskva. Somehow, strangely, it stopped floating after being hit by a Ukrainian missile. Its buoyancy was extremely reduced and it preferred to sink to the bottom of the Black Sea to become a great tourist spot for divers. This will happen in time.

After this incident, the planned destruction of the Russian Black Sea fleet began, because this is not the only ship. We can remember the Olenegorsk Miner, LLS (Large Landing Ships - ed.) that were destroyed in Berdyansk. Ukraine is doing this systematically, and Russia, by the way, has started to use its fleet in the Black Sea much less, because it has realised that it is now under attack. Now the Russian Federation has seen that the fleet is under attack even in the dry docks, even in the protected bay of Sevastopol. But how is it protected there when the AFU is burning submarines and ships as if they were at home?

Hail to the Ukrainian pilots who were able to get within 200 kilometres of their targets.

I would like to draw attention to the fact that just before this, several early warning targets were attacked. They were supposed to be used for early detection, but they were systematically destroyed. The AFU General Staff developed this operation very thoroughly, it systematically destroyed first the defence system, then the detection system, and then attacked the ships and the submarine. By the way, these are not the last targets that will be destroyed this year.
