The invader came from the front to Yekaterinburg for family reasons.
In the city of Yekaterinburg (Russian Federation), 38-year-old Russian serviceman Dmitry Terzi, participating in aggression against Ukraine, was killed. He returned home for his brother’s funeral and lost his life himself. Russian media reported on the incident, Dialog.UA reports.
The Russian military man came to Yekaterinburg to bury his brother who died in an accident. Last Sunday evening, September 10, Terzi’s sister left him to sleep on a bench near the military unit, where he was severely beaten by a group of people.
The occupant was admitted to the hospital with severe injuries: broken ribs, a punctured lung, and a ruptured spleen. Two days later the victim died.
Russian law enforcement officials claim that the main suspect, who caused the heaviest damage, has already been arrested. He faces up to 8 years in prison.
The reason why he was beaten in the first place remains unknown. It may have been a robbery, as the attackers took their victim's bag and documents with them.
