Biden Calls Putin 'Butcher' For Second Time

And urges to help Ukraine.

US President Joe Biden has again called Russian President Vladimir Putin a "butcher" and urged American voters to support tax hikes on the wealthy to help Ukraine stand up to Russia, The Moscow Times reported.

"Imagine what we could do with this. We could significantly reduce the federal budget deficit. We could consistently do so many things. Including finally protecting Ukraine from Putin the Butcher," Biden said during a speech in North Carolina, which is among the dithering states.

Specifically, Biden proposes increasing the income tax on wealthy individuals from 8.2 per cent to 25 per cent. According to him, this would allow to attract hundreds of billions of dollars to the budget in the next 10 years.

Prior to this, the US President called Putin a "butcher" on March 26, 2022 - a month after the full-scale invasion of Ukraine. In February this year, the US leader also insulted Putin. "We have crazy sons of bitches like this guy Putin and others, and we always have to worry about nuclear conflict," Biden said.

Even before the war in Ukraine began, Biden agreed with the assertion that Putin is a murderer. The Russian president responded by wishing his American counterpart health and noted that evaluating other people is like looking in a mirror. "Who calls names deserves those names himself," Putin said.
