Officials of the Homel City Executive Committee spent 1.5 thousand rubles from the city budget on gift certificates for March 8 for female employees. “Flagstaff” writes about this with a reference to the published urgent tender.

For this amount it was planned to purchase 50 certificates for “providing services in the herbal steam room” by March 4. Each gift certificate must have a value of 30 rubles. The steam room must be located in the Central region of Homel.

The establishment offers a set of certificates for various amounts. The closest to the one declared in the tender of the City Executive Committee is 31 rubles. A certificate for this amount includes an hour and a half “All Inclusive” session in the phyto-steam room “Cedar Barrel” with two visits and a relaxation with drinking herbal tea.
