The AFU Repulsed A Massive Attack By The Occupants Near Pokrovsk

Airborne assault troops together with other units of the Ukrainian Defense Forces repulsed a massive attack of the Russian occupants near Vladimirovka in the Pokrovsk direction in Donetsk Region.

The command of the AFU DShV reported this in Facebook.

According to the DSHV AFU, the command of the occupation forces of the Russian Federation sent three brigades and one regiment of marines to storm the settlements of Vladimirovka and Sofiyivka near Pokrovsk.

The enemy used 6 tanks, almost 40 armored combat vehicles and more than 40 units of motorized vehicles in the attack. Several hundred occupants took part in the assault on the AFU positions.

The Russian occupiers attacked wave after wave. In the first echelon were mobile groups on motorcycles. Behind them moved tanks and combat vehicles with paratroopers. The AFU fighters prepared defense lines in advance.

The group of the AFU SSV, the 1st Corps of the National Guard of Ukraine "Azov", as well as adjacent units participated in repelling the enemy attack.

The fiercest fighting was in the area of Vladimirovka. About thirty occupants landed there, but they were eventually destroyed. As a result, the massive enemy attack was repulsed. Ukrainian fighters destroyed 3 tanks, 13 TBMs, 41 motorcycles. The enemy losses in personnel - about 100 people.
