Trump Comments On Conversation With Zelensky

He called his conversation with the President of Ukraine very good.

American President Donald Trump said after talks with his Ukrainian counterpart Volodymyr Zelensky that the latter, like Russian dictator Vladimir Putin, wants peace. The US leader wrote about this in his Truth Social network.

‘He, like President Putin, wants peace,’ said Trump in the post following his phone conversation with the Ukrainian president.

He called his conversation with Zelensky very good. According to Trump, they discussed various topics related to Russia's war in Ukraine, in particular the Ukrainian-American meeting on the margins of the Munich conference.

The US delegation will be led by Vice President J.D. Vance and Secretary of State Marco Rubio.

Prior to that, Trump had a telephone conversation with Putin.
