Comedian Slava Kamisaranka Added To List Of ‘Terrorists’

Before this, he was sentenced in absentia to six years in prison.

The famous comedian Slava Kamisaranka was included in the “list of organizations and individuals involved in terrorist activity”. The corresponding decision was made by the KGB.

As stated in the document, which is dated February 4, Slava Kamisaranka was added to the list of persons “involved in terrorist activity” after the verdict of the court in absentia on finding him guilty of committing crimes under Article 130 of the Criminal Code (“Incitement of hatred”) came into “legal force”.

Earlier, he was included in the “list of extremists” maintained by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Belarus.

Along with Kamisaranka, five more people were added to the list of “terrorists”: Armen Arzumanyan, Dzmitry Asiyuk, Barys Krytski, Valer Miafodzienka, Nastassia Zhylskaya.

Until 2021, Slava Kamisaranka lived in Russia and appeared on the Russian TV channel TNT, including with monologues about Lukashenka.

Due to the threat of persecution by Belarusian security forces, he had to leave the Russian Federation.
