A "delegation" of the Afghan Embassy in Moscow visited Belarus. The delegation was headed by Hafez Abdullah Yasser, the head of the Afghan mission in Russia. Afghan independent media outlet Sangar.info claims that Yasser created the first suicide bombing school in Afghanistan in the past and was considered one of their main mentors.
According to Afghan publication radiokunduz.com, about the Afghan delegation's trip to Belarus, the diplomats met with "a number of Belarusian officials" (it is not specified with whom exactly) and discussed the problems faced by Afghan prisoners.
