Media: Zelenskyy Is Ready To Freeze The War Along The Front Lines

To put an end to Russian terror.

A ceasefire along the front lines is the only real way to end Russia’s war against Ukraine.

This was stated by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, according to Fox News.

The journalist asked the head of state whether he would agree to a peace agreement that would freeze the situation along the current front line.

“An agreement where you would still retain 75% or more of your country’s territory, regardless of how it all began. Would you accept this (ceasefire—ed.) along the line where everything stands now?” the journalist asked.

Zelenskyy answered in the affirmative and noted that a peace agreement in this format could put an end to Russian terror.

“Yes, right now we could freeze everything. I believe this is a realistic path to ending this war,” the Ukrainian president emphasized.

According to him, Ukraine would then seek security guarantees from U.S. President Donald Trump and European allies to ensure peace and security.

“We call this a ceasefire or an end to the killings, as President Trump put it. Freeze it and stop it. And, of course, this is the minimum we are demanding from Russia today,” Zelenskyy added.
