The U.S. president noted that “this happens often.”
U.S. President Donald Trump was asked about Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy’s comments regarding Russia’s nighttime strikes. However, he avoided giving a clear answer.
This was reported by Charter97.org, citing CBS News on social media X.
Journalists asked him to comment on the Ukrainian president’s statement. According to him, the new Russian strikes last night (this apparently refers to ballistic missile strikes on Kyiv on the night of October 22) show that the Kremlin leader is not seeking peace.
“Well, we’ll see how it all plays out. This happens often,” Trump replied.
