Flights are scheduled once a week, on Sundays.

On the night of October 25, Belavia launched a new route to Thailand’s capital. The Belarusian airline had previously operated flights to Phuket and Pattaya, but this was the first time it had operated a direct flight to Bangkok, according to "Euroradio".

Flights are scheduled once a week, on Sundays. The plane departs from Minsk at 3:10 a.m. and arrives in Bangkok at 5:05 p.m. local time. The flight will take nearly 10 hours, and the return flight will take about an hour longer. As of this writing, the passengers on the first flight are still in the air!

The launch of the first flight was marked by a ribbon-cutting ceremony, gifts, and refreshments. Passengers were greeted by young women in traditional Thai costumes. The first couple to check in for the flight was presented with a gift box.

Thailand is becoming increasingly popular among Belarusians. While 22,000 of our compatriots visited the Asian country in 2024, that number rose to 32,000 in 2025.
