What Lukashenko Didn't Tell The President Of Mongolia

A small but extremely important detail.

While hosting the President of Mongolia Ukhnaagiin Khurelsukh in Minsk, the Belarusian government drew a rather bold parallel. The implication was that both you and we are in a similar geopolitical position: both countries are situated between the world’s major powers, writes “Solidarnast”.

“It is our destiny to strive to be strong ourselves and to help our neighbors find common ground, especially during times of crisis. It’s easier for you in this regard right now—China and Russia are cooperating in an exemplary manner. It’s more difficult for us. As has happened time and again in Belarus’s history, we find ourselves at the epicenter of the confrontation between the West and the East,” stated Alexander Lukashenko.

And he “forgot” to clarify that this time, our country found itself at the center of the confrontation not as an innocent victim. It was precisely through his efforts that Belarus was recognized as a co-aggressor in Russia’s war of aggression.

That none other than he himself has fallen out with all of our neighbors, placing Belarus in a critical state of dependence on Moscow.

This man, who is trying to portray himself as a victim of circumstances and geographical location, just recently swore his loyalty to the Kremlin yet again:

“If you, the Russian leadership, make a decision, we will always stand with you, despite our differing perspectives on what is happening there [in Ukraine]. We have never been traitors.”
