The "Tor-M2" air defense system, a radar, an electronic warfare station, and a warehouse belonging to the occupying forces were targeted.
On October 27 and during the night of October 28, units of the Ukrainian Defense Forces struck three enemy air defense sites on Russian territory simultaneously, as well as an invaders’ camp in the temporarily occupied Donetsk region.
This was reported by the General Staff’s press center.
According to the General Staff, the following targets were struck:
— A “Tor-2M” air defense system belonging to the Russian Federation’s army, near Rzavy, Kursk Oblast, Russian Federation
— A radar station near the village of Maloye Gorodkovo, Kursk Oblast, Russian Federation
— An electronic warfare station near the village of Semyachki, Bryansk Oblast, Russian Federation
— A warehouse containing the occupiers’ logistical supplies, near Valeryanovka, Donetsk Oblast.
“Every air defense system, radar, or electronic warfare station that is destroyed creates a temporary breach in the enemy’s air defense system. The more such gaps there are, the greater the opportunities for the Defense Forces to deploy unmanned systems at all levels,” the General Staff explained.
“Operations against key enemy military targets will continue until Russia’s armed aggression against Ukraine ceases completely,” the statement said.
