The discounter chain DNC-Market has opened its fourth store, all in different cities. Other retail outlets are actively looking for employees. A large stake in this company belonged to the scandalously famous sports functionary and "senator" Dmitry Baskov. The second co-owner managed one of the companies associated with the "Island of purity and taste," reports "Zerkalo".
In February 2025, the company "DNTS-Market" was registered in Belarus. It develops a network of discounters.
In November last year, the network had only two stores - in Minsk and Zhodino. Now two more stores have opened - in Babruisk and Baranovichi. In addition, in January, the chain registered a point in Slonim.
In addition, the firm is actively hiring employees in different cities. At the time of publication there were 185 vacancies in the national vacancy database. Salaries range from 1.5 thousand (so much is offered to a loader) to 4 thousand rubles (salary for a marketer).
The company is looking for workers at facilities in Bereza, Polotsk, Molodechno, Slonim, Pinsk, Zhodino. In the latter, for example, two administrators of the sales area are needed. They are ready to pay them from Br1.8 to Br2 thousand for their work. The same amount will be received by a sales assistant in Bereza. Four sales assistants in Pinsk are also offered to be paid Br1.8 thousand
As "Bureau" wrote last November, 50% of the company "DNC-Market" belongs to Dmitry Baskov, another 50% - to a little-known businessman Anatoli Prigodich. However, as follows from legat.by service data for December 2025, in September of the same year Prigodich's partner in this business was listed as Alexei Khorseev. Baskov has not been officially listed among the co-owners since the same month.
Anatoly Prigodich worked for many years in various positions in the structures of the group of companies "Romax", the former owners of the chain "Island of purity and taste". And from May 2024 to April 2025, he was listed as a co-owner of "ProdHimMarket" - one of the firms that managed this well-known chain.
It was also reported that the expansion of the new chain of discounters, apparently, goes through the premises, where "Ostrov Purity and Taste" previously worked. For example, the address of Minsk point coincides with the address of one of the former stores of the chain.
"DNTS-Market" received licenses for the sale of alcohol and tobacco. At the same time, it filed applications for trademarks: "DNTS-Market", "Economi-ka", Mister Ludwig, "Krepysh" and Happy house.
It will be recalled that in December it also became known that Baskov became a co-owner of the brewery company "Beaver" with a 25% stake.
Dmitry Baskov is a Belarusian functionary from Lukashenko's hockey team and a former personal trainer of Nikolai Lukashenko. After working with Lukashenko's team, Baskov quickly worked his way up the hockey bureaucracy: he headed Dynamo-Minsk as general director, then became chairman of the Belarusian Hockey Federation and joined the NOC executive committee.
In 2021, the International Ice Hockey Federation disqualified him for five years because of his close ties with Lukashenko's family and for his complicity in the murder of Hero of Belarus Roman Bondarenko.
In parallel with his functionary activities, Baskov developed business interests in real estate development and related projects.
