What did the Slovakian prime minister mean?
Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fitzo has arrived in Moscow, where he is going to meet with Russian dictator Vladimir Putin. This is reported by Denník N.
Fitso said in a conversation with Russian journalists that he rejects a unified view within the European Union on a full-scale war in Ukraine. He added that dialog is a key tool.
In addition, the Slovak prime minister said he seeks "standard relations" with Russia.
"There is always some black sheep in the European Union. So I belong to that herd. I say it everywhere, so I have no problem saying it here as well - I am against a single binding opinion. This approach is very wrong," Fitzo emphasized.
The Slovak prime minister shared that he plans to discuss "practical issues" with Putin. According to him, he intends to convey messages from European politicians to the head of the Kremlin.
"Several people have shown interest in this trip," he added.
