Drones Attacked The Krasnodar Krai In The Russian Federation: The Poltava Oil Depot Is On Fire

Its facilities consist of about 28 tanks.

Drones attacked the Krasnodar Krai region of the Russian Federation, resulting in a fire at the Poltavskaya oil depot, which is of strategic importance to the region.

This was reported by RBC-Ukraine citing OSINT sources.

The incident at the oil depot was confirmed on the night of June 25 by the head of the Krasnoarmeysky District Alexander Kharitonov. In the Russian messaging app “Max,” he wrote that debris from a downed drone had fallen on the oil depot.

“A fire broke out at the Poltava oil depot as a result of UAV debris falling on the site. Emergency and response services are working at the scene,” OSINT channels report, citing the official.

Kharitonov added that traffic on the highway connecting the village of Poltavskaya and the hamlet of Trudobelikovsky has been temporarily blocked.

Veniamin Kondratyev, governor of the Krasnodar Region, has not posted anything about the incident—at least not on his official Telegram channel.

It is known that the Poltavskaya oil depot is a regional fuel infrastructure facility that supplies fuel to parts of the Krasnodar Region and the Republic of Adygea. The tank farm consists of approximately 28 tanks.
