Heavy rain continues in Minsk, significantly complicating traffic conditions in the city. Local Telegram channels are posting videos.

Flooding has occurred on certain sections of the road network and at intersections, causing traffic to move at reduced speeds.

Due to adverse weather conditions, drivers and pedestrians are urged to exercise extra caution, strictly follow traffic laws, maintain a safe speed, and keep a safe following distance.
