An adviser to the President of Ukraine called it “crucial.”
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy held a meeting with former Defense Minister Mykhailo Fedorov. Presidential adviser Dmytro Litvin announced this on Tuesday, July 21, in remarks to reporters.
Litvin did not provide any details about the meeting.
Earlier that same day, in response to a post by veteran Dmytro Koziatynskyi—the organizer of rallies against Fedorov’s resignation—Litvin reported that Volodymyr Zelenskyy was holding a “crucial meeting.”
“One nearly decisive meeting with the president has just concluded; another is currently underway—one that is, in fact, decisive. An official announcement will follow immediately after the decisions are made,” Litvin wrote.
Zelenskyy last met with Fedorov on July 18. At that time, the president stated that he had “spoken at length” with the former minister.
