The Ukrainian Armed Forces Struck An Aircraft Factory In Yevpatoria, The Port In Taman, And The Volgograd Oil Refinery

The Ukrainian General Staff and the SBU have summarized the results of a successful night.

On the night of July 31, Ukrainian defense forces struck the Volgograd Oil Refinery, an aircraft factory, a port, the “Pole-21” electronic warfare complex, and other facilities belonging to the Russian occupiers.

This was reported by the Telegram channel General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine .

As part of efforts to reduce the military and economic potential of the Russian aggressor, units of the Ukrainian Armed Forces struck the “Lukoil-Volgogradneftepererabotka” oil refinery in Volgograd (Volgograd Oblast, Russian Federation).

A direct hit on the facility was recorded, followed by a fire on the plant’s grounds.

“Lukoil-Volgogradneftepererabotka” is one of Russia’s largest oil refineries. Its refining capacity is approximately 15 million metric tons of crude oil per year.

The facility produces automotive gasoline, diesel, and jet fuel. It is involved in meeting the needs of the Russian Federation’s armed forces.

The extent of the damage is being assessed.

The occupiers’ “Pole-21” electronic warfare complex near Golubovka in the Luhansk region has also been struck.

In addition, an ammunition depot near Naumovka (Autonomous Republic of Crimea) and an enemy command post near Bakhmut in the Donetsk region have been struck.

The SBU, in coordination with the Defense Forces, also struck an aircraft plant in the temporarily occupied city of Yevpatoria. Two hangars used to store aircraft and a production facility were destroyed.

Infrastructure at the port of Taman was also struck, where a large-scale fire was reported.
