In St. Petersburg a series of explosions rocked the city, fires broke out, and local social media groups reported strikes in the area of the oil terminal and port infrastructure.
This was reported by RBC-Ukraine citing posts from OSINT groups on Telegram, including Exilenova+.

St. Petersburg reports strikes
On the night of July 4, a series of explosions occurred in St. Petersburg. According to local Telegram channels, several strikes hit the area around the oil port.
It is reported that a fire broke out at the oil terminal following the strikes. In addition, Russian public channels are reporting large-scale strikes on port infrastructure facilities.

Authorities have declared a UAV threat
The governor of the Leningrad Region, Alexander Drozdjenko, announced the imposition of a state of emergency due to drones.
According to him, mobile internet speeds may also be reduced due to the situation in the region.

As of this writing, Russian authorities have not released any official information regarding the extent of the damage, casualties, or consequences of the attack.
