Flights From Minsk To Russian Cities And Back Are Delayed

Some flights were diverted to alternate airports.

Flights from Minsk to Russian cities and back on August 27 are experiencing delays due to temporary airspace restrictions in several regions of Russia. This was reported by Aeroflot.

“Due to temporary airspace restrictions in effect on August 27 in several regions of Russia, Aeroflot is forced to adjust its schedule by rescheduling departure times, extending flight durations, and canceling some flights,” the airline reported.

Some flights are being diverted to alternate airports. The departure of certain flights from these alternate airports is being delayed to allow crews time to rest, Aeroflot noted.

The flight from Cheboksary to Minsk is departing late—instead of 8:55 a.m., it will depart at 1:55 p.m. The flight from Minsk to Moscow, which was scheduled for 9:55 a.m., will depart at 2:55 p.m.
