Ukraine Attacked A Russian Tu-95MS Strategic Bomber

On the night of August 28, Ukraine launched an attack on a Tu-95MS missile carrier in the Russian city of Engels. This was reported by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
“In Engels, Russia, soldiers from the SBU’s ‘Alpha’ unit struck a Tu-95MS missile-carrying aircraft. It is precisely these aircraft that are carrying out strikes against Ukraine,” Zelenskyy said.
He also confirmed a strike on the “Slavneft-YANOS” in Yaroslavl.
The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine announced the destruction, on Russian territory and in the occupied territories, of a “Nebo-SV” radar station, a “P-18” radar unit, UAV control centers, and a training center.
Over the past day, soldiers of the Ukrainian Armed Forces struck an oil refinery in the Yaroslavl region. The distance is 1,000 kilometers from the front line. There were also our just responses to Russia’s war in the Black Sea.
