The weapons were located more than 100 kilometers from the national border.

Ukraine struck a Russian “Pantsir-S1” air defense missile and gun system. The weapon was located more than 100 kilometers from the state border.

Ukrainian defense forces struck the "Pantsir-S1" air defense system in the Bryansk region. This was reported by the defense company Fire Point.

On August 27, an FP-1 drone attacked a target located near the village of Kletnya in the Bryansk Region of the Russian Federation. The drone flew at least 112 km.

The company reported that local air defenses attempted to shoot down the UAV, but the drone reached its target.

The destroyed “Pantsir-S1” was part of the 210th Anti-Aircraft Missile Regiment, stationed near the village of Morozki in the Dmitrovsky District of the Moscow Region. The system provided cover for the “Iskander” missile system, which was firing ballistic missiles at Ukraine.

An anonymous Russian Telegram channel that publishes insider information reported that as a result of the strike on the crew’s position, Lieutenant Arkady Arsenenko of Military Unit 51890 was killed, and Sergeant Ruslan Kurmashvetov was wounded.
