On September 28, Lukashenko carried out a series of personnel changes: the list of appointments and confirmations included 29 people. Specifically, was the Chief of the General Staff Pavel Muraveiko. MART and the State Standards Agency also received new leaders.
Vladimir Belyi was appointed Chief of the General Staff and First Deputy Minister of Defense, replacing Muraveyko.
Alexander Yakovchits, who previously served as Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food, has been appointed Minister of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade. His first deputy will be Tatyana Shevtsova. Denis Ezersky has been appointed First Deputy Minister of Information, and Alexander Sidorenko has been appointed First Deputy Minister of Culture.
At the Ministry of Natural Resources, Alexey Stasyukevich will become First Deputy Minister, and Alexey Glaz will serve as Deputy Minister. Sergey Shkrebtiy will head the Secretariat of the Council of the Republic.
Dmitry Basko, formerly First Deputy Chairman of the State Control Committee, has been appointed Chairman of the State Standards Agency. He has been replaced by Viktor Selitsky.
Oleg Dyachenko, previously Deputy Chair of the Standing Commission on International Affairs of the so-called House of Representatives, has been appointed Commissioner for Religious and Ethnic Affairs. Andrei Kuntsevich was appointed head of the Belarusian Institute for Strategic Studies (BISS).
Yaroslav Cherkassky has been appointed Belarusian Ambassador to Syria (concurrently serving as Ambassador to Jordan). The appointments of three consuls general have also been approved: Dmitry Kharitonchik will be posted to Kazan, Igor Bolotov to Novosibirsk, and Alexander Shalimov to Chongqing, China.
Sergei Gunko has been appointed Director General of OJSC “Belvtorchermet” (the Belarusian State Association for the Collection, Processing, and Supply of Scrap and Waste from Ferrous and Non-Ferrous Metals).
Lukashenko also approved the appointment of ten new heads of districts and district administrations:

Tolochin District — Vitaly Kartalevsky;
Kletsk District — Dmitry Sosinovich;
Kopyl District—Ivan Domashevich;
Lyuban District—Zhanna Alishevich;
Slutsk District—Vitaly Platun;
Starodorozhsky — Alexander Protashchik;
Klimovichsky — Alexander Anzhenko.
Alexander Logvin has been appointed Chief of Staff of the Minsk Regional Executive Committee. In Minsk, Nikolai Strok will head the Partizansky District Administration, and Alexander Dragun will head the Pervomaisky District Administration.
