65 people, who tried to go to Minsk for Dzyady rally, were detained in Mahilou by militia.

Head of the initiative “Young Belarus” Artur Finkevich told to Radio Svaboda that 65 associates of Mahilou hired a bus to Minsk.

As they got in, militiamen made them get out and drove the bus to parking zone. Two people, who were going to Minsk by a shared taxi, were forced out of the car. Two more persons were put down from a shared taxi in Byalynichy, and are kept in a militia station, there’s no connection with them. Artur Finkevich thinks that militiamen did it on the purpose of quelling participating of Mahilou dwellers in the rally.

All possible participants of the rally gave their passport data and were set free. The activists said there were many militiamen in uniform and in civvies at the bus station.
