Who sees liberalization?

Certain western politicians note political and economic liberalization in Belarus.

However, a poll of the Charter’97 website demonstrates that the Belarusian “liberalization” is nothing more than a myth.

Visitor of the website were offered to answer a question “Do you agree there is political liberalization in Belarus?” Only 12 per cent said yes to this question. 88 per cent think there are no democratic changes in the country.
