Working groups and coordination councils of independent experts are appearing in the country like mushrooms after the summer rains.

At first a group on country’s marketing, then groups on mass media, human rights at the President’s Administration... A group on improving legal system will soon be created with the ODIHR.

These agencies are growing at so crazy speed that one can fear there remain no independent experts in the country soon.

That’s why, portal TUT.BY joking, a decision to create a coordinate council with independent experts in collaboration with mystical forces on finding independent experts has been taken on the highest level.
