Colonel Paulichenka retired

The scandalous colonel, suspected of kidnapping the opposition leaders, retired from the Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus.
Dzmitry Paulichenka receives pension paid by the Ministry of Internal Affairs, “Belorusski Partizan” reports.
Dzmitry Paulichenka, the former commander of military unit 3214, was appointed commander of the riot corps of the internal troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs on combat training. He occupied this office for a short time. There’s information he made a request for voluntary resignation.
It should be reminded that Dzmitry Paulichenka as well as former ministers of internal affairs of Belarus Uladzimir Navumau and Yury Sivakou, and former secretary of the Security Council Viktar Sheiman are suspected by the international community of involvement in forceful disappearances of former interior minister Yury Zakharanka, politician Viktar Hanchar, businessman Anatol Krasouski an and journalist Zmitser Zavadski. He banned entry to the US and the EU countries.
