Belarusian private Internet service providers stake everything

Screenshots of a letter from private Internet service providers to the government appeared on the Internet. The letter says about impossibility to fulfill decree #60.
The screenshots were spread by ETC agency rendering PR services to a big Belarusian private Internet service provider, Electroname.com informs.
The service providers against complain about the monopolist, which arbitrarily sets prices for end users and service providers for access to the Internet and warn they cannot fulfill decree #60.
“According to our estimates, the branch won’t receive some Br1 trillion of possible investments within only 18 month if urgent measures are not taken. 20,000 people, highly qualified professionals, will lose their jobs,” the letter says.
Judging from a list of companies’ directors, whom the PR agency offers to address for comments, the letter was signed by Zabelov (Anitex), Pokryshko (IP TelCom), Levdansky (Ajchyna Plus), Sukach (Alternative Digital Network), Bitno (Belinfonet), Vasilyev (VessoBel), Ivashkevich (Solo), Khmelevsky (Telcom Media), Kolb (Network Systems).
As Electronam.com reported earlier, most Internet service providers found themselves on the brink of ruin after monopolist Beltelecom had announced ten-fold price cut for legal persons. To remain in the black and offer end consumer similar unlimited Internet tariff plans, a private Internet service provider should share one communication channel among at least 12 clients, which is called multiplexing. However, the maximum number of clients for one channel is 3.
An appeal of the private Internet service providers to the Ministry of Economy to investigate the matter looks more like a howl of despair.
