Alyaksandr Atroshchankau: “I think I will be released among the last prisoners”

Political prisoner Alyaksandr Atroshchankau has called his wife Darya Korsak from the penal colony Vitsba-3.

During their short conversation the press-secretary of Andrei Sannikov, a presidential candidate, he managed to tell that no one had addressed him with a proposal to write a petition for pardon.

“Sasha told that the fact of exerting pressure on some persons involved in the case and the “amnesty” do not surprise him, this fits well with his understanding of the situation development. Regrettably we have come to one opinion, that he would be the last to be released. Shasha recalled the words of Alyaksei Shydlouski: “If you want to know you worth, you should go to prison,” Darya Korsak told to charter97.org website.

Alyaksandr Atroshchankau has also informed that he plans to go to study at a vocational technical school, which is situated on the territory of the colony. He has not chosen the profession yet. “IT does not matter. But one should spend time being busy with something useful,” Darya said.

“And my heart simply sank when Sasha said that he would not be able to call me on my birthday, August 17, and his voice was so apologetic! But it is such an insignificant thing, it’s nothing!” the wife of the political prisoner said.
