European Belarus activists detained at picket near Horki penal colony

Four activists of European Belarus civil campaign were detained during dispersal of a picket to support Zmitser Dashkevich in front of the penal colony in Horki.

The detained activists are Alyaksandr Velitchenka, Alyaksei Syanchyla, Uladzimir Radkevich and Raman Panshyn.

Uladzimir Radkevich was released at 7:30 pm. No police reports were drawn up against him. The activist says that other three guys were left in the police department until morning, August 3. Reports on participation in an unauthorized action were drawn up against them.

14 activists, who came to support political prisoner Zmitser Dashkevich, will stand trials on Wednesday.
