On November 3, Captain Ruslan Moskvichev, commander of the 5th Motorized Rifle Company of the 3rd Motorized Rifle Battalion of the 64th Separate Motorized Rifle Brigade, killed two servicemen from the 218th Tank Regiment, according to the Telegram channel “Spy’s Dossier”.

It is reported that the bodies of the victims were found with multiple gunshot wounds, including finishing shots to the head.

After the killings, Moskvichev went into hiding. His last known location was the city of Huliaipole in the occupied part of the Zaporizhzhia region. The circumstances of the incident have not yet been determined.
