Vucic's "treasurer" Has Stopped Appearing In Public In Serbia
Sinisha Mali

He last appeared in public on October 31.

In Serbia, one of former President Aleksandar Vučić’s key allies, his “loyal treasurer” Siniša Mali, has stopped appearing in public. This is reported by Nova.rs, noting existing theories “about the ideal protected witness.”

Since Vučić’s announcement of the Serbian Progressive Party’s defeat in the parliamentary elections on the evening of October 25, Mali has appeared in public only twice—most recently at a meeting of the SPP’s Main Committee on October 31.

As the publication notes, Mali was not included on the SPS electoral list, which means that once the new cabinet is formed, he will lose his immunity, making him legally vulnerable.
