Dental filling for Eduard Lobau to be sent by parcel

Political prisoner Eduard Lobau waits for a parcel with materials for dental treatment.

Eduard's mother has to send a parcel with necessary medicines to prison, Radio Svaboda reports.

“They have a doctor in the penal colony, but they say they don't have dental filling materials. They need to receive them by a parcel.”

Eduard Lobau was accused of hooliganism and sentenced to 4 years in prison. He and Dashkevich are said to have beaten passers-by in Minsk the day before the presidential election. The alleged victims hid their faces as they were giving evidence at the trial. Lobau and Dashkevich said the brawl was provoked by the secret services. Eduard Lobau serves his term in a penal colony in Ivatsevichy.
