This stage in the overthrow of the dictatorship is the most important.

The “Basta!” Telegram channel has published a reader's letter.

“On the night of August 9-10, we all witnessed the revolution of the Belarusians' consciousness. This stage in the overthrow of the dictatorship is the most important, because after it, it remains only to observe some much simpler formalities, namely to take to the streets all around the country in an unprecedented crowd, make demands, and not reduce the number until the usurper, together with his orcs, lay down their arms.

The unity of Belarusians is already so strong that sometimes a tear springs up involuntarily, and, fortunately for us, there is a very small, but at the same time incredibly effective tactic that will allow even more people to take to the streets. When you are going to a protest, then do not hesitate, call, write and invite absolutely any of your friends, acquaintances or relatives who are able to think at least for a second whether to keep you company.

But do not stop there. Persuade your friends to invite someone from their side, because in their circle there will definitely be people who sincerely hate the current government and wish it a speedy overthrow. This method can increase the number of protesters by one order of magnitude, after which the transfer of security officials and other civil servants to the side of the people throughout the country will cause a chain reaction, ensuring the most peaceful of all possible options for the development of revolutionary events.

Now, when not just the wind, but a whole tornado of changes blows in Belarus, protest moods can be expected even from people for whom you previously did not notice any passion at all. Just think about how proud your whole company will feel and what bright memories you will have when Lukashenka’s power ends as a result of the events in which you all took part together. Long Live Belarus!”
