The miners told what happens at the enterprise after the cyber partisans' attack.
Yesterday, cyber partisans knocked the entire internal system of Belaruskali down.
According to some rumors, the computers did not work even for the contractors.
Here is what the miners themselves wrote about it:
"Today everything was down. Almost nothing worked. Corporate e-mail, the document management system, economists' programs, accounting programs, logistics databases, electronic timesheets, the armremont program, etc. were out of order.
In short, everything that is necessary to maintain the viability of the enterprise has been “knocked down.” In some places, programs for controlling technological processes have been down, for example, for managing the process of loading wagons.
In the chatbot of the Strike Committee, they wrote that there were malfunctions in other contracting organizations of Belaruskali. The functioning of these programs has not been restored until now. Additional failures occur periodically. The paperwork for the dispatch of loaded wagons is carried out entirely manually. Local bosses are furious, or to be precise, rather in a panic. In many departments, mechanics and power engineers were generally forbidden to turn on office computers, having understood, obviously, only by midday, what was the matter, and what it was fraught with.
There are reports that, as a result of the attack, the Cyber-Heroes managed to encrypt much of the information stored on their servers.
In fact, the failure of the internal network occurred long ago, about two weeks ago. All this time, the army of "specialists" of the IT Department of Belaruskali (IT Administration) was trying hard to figure out what was going on and what it was related to. The guys got to the point that, in the end, everything was down, in fact, if not take into account the programs of technological processes control. But that was not the goal.
Information comes to the chatbot that the army of "specialists" has been sorting things out to the point that the loading of wagons has already been stopped at some sites. Bravo, Information Technology Department! Cyber partisans don't need to do anything.
At the moment, one of the viruses has been detected by only one specialist in this department, but the whole curiosity of the situation is that, according to our information, this specialist did not pass the certification and turned out to be a bad employee. The guy was prepared to "leave," and he showed himself as a specialist. Well, what can you say, a standard situation for our JSC: one man pulls everything, and those who got hired through connections pretend that they are working."
Thanks to the use of cyber-bombs technology, failures in the work of JSC Belaruskali may continue.
"As part of Operation Hell, the company computers and servers have been "mined" with cyber-bombs, which gradually triggered with a delay. Thousands of computers were infected," said the cyber partisans about their attack.
