Ukrainian National Guard fighters have destroyed a Russian elite unit. This is reported by the press service of the National Guard of Ukraine.

It is noted that this happened in late September in the Donetsk direction of the front.

According to the General Staff, as of 3 October, the total personnel losses of Russian troops on the territory of Ukraine are estimated at 60,430.
