Two Pieces Of Truly Sensational News

Something didn't go according to Putin's plan.

Two truly sensational news stories! On the last day of summer, after a meeting with the Chinese leader, Putin spoke and stated verbatim: “Russia is moving toward ending the war with Ukraine.”

And it’s well known that the only person who could force Putin to agree to peace was Xi Jinping. And it’s no coincidence that Putin made this statement after meeting specifically with Xi Jinping.

But that’s not all. It is known that meetings took place between U.S. delegations led by U.S. Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent, one of Trump’s closest allies, and a delegation from Russia.

And I think that ending the war was definitely discussed there.

Exactly what format this is taking is unknown, but Bessent could reveal which sanctions will be imposed, or he could explain how Russian assets will be confiscated. And not just the ones that have been frozen. He might be able to point out, one by one, the assets of the Russian Kremlin elite—where they are located, how they will be seized, and how the trillions of dollars that Putin and his inner circle may have taken out of the Russian Federation will be recovered.

That’s why events are unfolding very rapidly. It all began after the CIA director’s urgent visit to Moscow.

So we’re watching closely and, of course, hoping that, with God’s help, this war will end. Although it looks very strange—there are a bunch of jet-powered suicide bombers flying around.

But, after all, wars always have a beginning and always have an end. Let’s hope that, with God’s help, this war will end before the year is out.
