Kraken Special Forces Battalion Commander: Enemy Was Thrown Off Twenty Kilometers Back From Kharkiv

Now the city is not reachable by artillery shelling.

The Russian occupiers have been thrown off 20 kilometers back from Kharkiv. Now the city is not reachable by artillery shelling. Life is slowly getting better in the city.

The commander of the Kraken Special Forces Battalion Nemichev announced it on the air of Channel 5.

"We have thrown the Russian troops off 20 kilometers back from the city of Kharkiv. That is, this is already a safe area so it is impossible to shell the city. We have a district of Saltivka, it was constantly shelled, there are great destructions. Now they can't reach it. Mine-clearing continues. That is, we did everything to start life in Kharkiv," the battalion commander said.

According to him, the area of responsibility of his battalion is in the north of Kharkiv.

"Our unit was clearing Ruska Lozova, Pitomnik and now we are planning to move on. There is an understanding of how to do it. And the Russian Federation will suffer very heavy losses if it does not lay down its arms and surrender now," Nemichev said.

According to the battalion commander, Ukrainian defenders have a plan to draw them behind the Russian border despite the fact that the enemy holed up. After that, they will move to other areas of the region and will make "many surprises for the occupiers."

"Our area of responsibility is north of Kharkiv, we are crossing it towards the borders of Russia. The enemy holed up, but we're doing the necessary work to get to the border. Then we will switch to other areas: this applies to Izyum and other areas of the region. We've got the information on their supply routes already, intelligence is working. We will prepare many surprises for the occupiers," Nemichev said.
