Explosions Heard At Russia's Largest Airbase In Crimea

More than 40 units of the occupants' aviation are located there.

In the evening of August 18, explosions were heard in occupied Crimea at the largest airbase of the Russian occupants, Belbek, located in the northwestern part of Sevastopol.

This was reported by UNIAN.

Eyewitnesses heard at least explosions near the Belbek airbase. Later, a Russian Emergencies Ministry vehicle went there.

After a while, a video allegedly from Belbek appeared on the web. The footage shows a fire, sounds of explosions and air-raid alarms can be heard.

According to locals, right now there are repeated explosions at the Belbek airfield. The fire continues.

The Belbek airfield is the largest airbase of the Russian occupiers in temporarily occupied Crimea. More than 40 units of the occupants' fighter aviation were at the Belbek military airfield in Sevastopol at the time of the explosions.
