The Governor of Primorye of the Russian Federation Oleg Kozhemyako said that the engineers of the region have created a new drone. According to him, test flights of this UAV have already begun. However, this drone is on sale on Aliexpress, according to The Moscow Times.

“Test flights of a new drone have begun. Primorye engineers have created an aircraft-type vertical-lift UAV. This technology significantly expands the capabilities of the vehicle,” Oleg Kozhemyako, head of the Primorsky Region, said today on his Telegram channel.

The faces of those presenting the device are hidden in the video from the tests. Mr Kozhemyako said that 55% of the devices developed by local constructors consist of kits produced in the region. Drones will be sent to Russian fighters in the conflict zone, according to him.

However, it turned out that the UAV developed in Primorye can be bought on Aliexpress from $8,849 to $21,699, depending on the configuration. The device was developed by CUAV Tech, registered in China.

The drone developer opposes the war with Ukraine. The company's website requires customers that its products should not be used for military purposes. Should not be sold to Ukraine, Russia and other countries waging wars “If any customer, partner or reseller violates the above requirements, we will terminate all cooperation with the violator,” the company’s message reads.
