AFU Kill Three More Russian Officers

Two colonels and one captain.

At least three Russian officers have been killed in Ukraine in the past 24 hours. Their names were provided by AFU officer Anatoly "Stirlitz" Shtefan.

On the morning of July 16, he reported the deaths of Colonel Yevgeny Tikhno of the 1st Mobile Brigade of Radiological, Chemical and Biological Defense and Captain Dmitry Lutsenko.

The night before, Shtefan reported that on June 4, the AFU had finally demobilized the commander of the 96th separate reconnaissance brigade (Nizhny Novgorod), Colonel Maxim Kharlamov.
