In the morning of August 3, Russian troops once again attacked Kherson. This time the occupants hit public transport, as a result of which three people were wounded.

"Another merciless shelling by the enemy since the morning! This time the occupants shelled public transport and people who were travelling to work," Mrochko wrote.
As a result of the shelling, three people were injured.

According to the head of the Kherson RMA Oleksandr Prokudin, in the morning the Russian army shelled a church in the centre of Kherson.
As a result, three passengers of a trolleybus travelling past the cathedral at the time of the Russian strike were wounded. An ambulance crew hospitalised them.
"A 39-year-old woman and a 53-year-old man are receiving medical care and are being examined. Also severe chest wounds and closed craniocerebral injury was received by a 74-year-old man, doctors are fighting for his life," Pronudin wrote.

"While extinguishing the fire caused by shelling at St Catherine's Cathedral, there was a second shelling", the Ukrainian Interior Ministry said.
As a result of the attack, four employees of the State Emergency Situations Service were injured. All of them are hospitalised, they are provided with the necessary assistance. Special equipment was also damaged.
