It is noted that the state has strengthened the levers of influence on citizens and now those who avoid will be held criminally liable, and a fine of 30,000 rubles is also provided for failure to appear at military commissariats after receiving the summons.

According to Kyrylo Budanov, head of the GUR (Ukrainian Defence Intelligence), Russia is considering the option of mobilizing another 450,000 recruits for the war against Ukraine.
