The man was accused of “spreading extremism”: on his page on the social network “Vkontakte” they found a subscription to an “extremist” resource. The official's cell phone was also confiscated.

At the trial, the man partially admitted his guilt. He admitted that he was subscribed to the Internet resource, but did not know that it was prohibited.
