New regulations for the sports and fitness sphere came into force in Belarus on January 1, 2024: it will not be possible to officially work without accreditation, which implies higher education.

According to readers of Charter97.org, the innovations also affected yoga instructors.

"Many who have taken some courses and have no education have closed down. We have to create closed chats and gather illegally," a reader told Charter97.org.
