Kuibyshev Refinery Is Burning In Russia’s Samara Region

On the night of Saturday, March 23, a fire broke out at the Kuibyshev Oil Refinery in Samara, Russia. The UAV attack was a probable reason.

The Baza Telegram channel reported.

They noted that there is no official information about the reasons for the attack yet.

Later, the Russian edition of The Moscow Times confirmed the fire at the refinery, noting that it was a Rosneft plant.

The BRIEF Telegram channel writes that there was an explosion after the start of the fire.

The Novokuibyshevsk Refinery is located in the Samara Region of the Russian Federation and is part of the Rosneft Group.

The plant, in particular, produces fuel for jet engines, oils for rocket carriers and passenger cars.
