Kuleba: Putin Will Retreat And End The War Under Two Conditions

The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine called the head of the Kremlin a "political animal".

Russian President Vladimir Putin can retreat and end the war against Ukraine under two conditions. It is about the firm belief of the partners in the reach of Ukraine's victory and the absence of fear of the Kremlin’s leader since Putin feels the fear like a "political animal".

the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba said it in an interview with CNN. The Foreign Minister noted that as soon as the dictator felt fear, he became more aggressive.

"Our partners need a firm belief that Ukraine's victory is achievable. And secondly, no fear of Putin. Putin is a political animal who can sense fear," the minister said.

At the same time, Kuleba said, if the head of the Kremlin feels the strength that, for example, the Congress demonstrated by accepting assistance for Ukraine, he will be forced to retreat.

The Ukrainian Foreign Minister also thanked American lawmakers for approving the military aid funding package. He stressed that the price of Russia's victory will be much higher than the price of Ukraine's support today. Kuleba also noted that every delay in providing assistance is compensated by the lives of Ukrainian soldiers.

“Everything we lost from the autumn until today, we lost because our soldiers did not have enough weapons… We know what will happen if we lose, and therefore we will continue to fight,” Kuleba stressed, adding that “the survival of the nation, the survival of a sovereign state is at stake.”
