The AFU commander-in-chief outlined the figures for the British edition of The Guardian.
Russia's losses in the war against Ukraine are three times higher than Ukraine's. This was stated by the commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Oleksandr Syrsky, in an interview for The Guardian.
He said that the Kremlin's losses are three times higher than Ukraine's, and on some directions - even more.
‘Their death toll is much higher,’ he emphasised.
In February, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said that 31,000 Ukrainian servicemen had died since 2022. However, Syrsky refused to comment on this figure. He emphasised that the casualties were a ‘sensitive’ topic that Moscow could use.
